Great location with access to local food and transport.

I encountered significant issues with check-in, which took far too long for a simple room assignment. After being placed in the wrong room, I faced challenges with the staff’s response time and communication regarding my needs. Noise from outside my room was disturbing, making it hard to relax during my stay.

Solid stay with nice perks

Staying here was pretty good! We got a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise, and the laundry area was super handy with its 24/7 access. The location is great, right next to the MTR and so many eateries. Just wish breakfast had more options, it felt a bit plain.

Had a lovely stay with my family in a super comfy room that had a mini kitchen, which was great for snacks, and the kids loved the nearby food scene with plenty of choices! We also enjoyed the relaxing lounge and the self-service laundry, which made our stay so much easier. Just a heads up, the breakfast was pretty simple, but with all the dining spots around, we didn't mind at all! 😊

The location was incredibly convenient with food and transport options right at the doorstep, making exploration a breeze. The room was clean, although it showed signs of wear compared to the photos.
